Welcome Tina Gafford, Director of Client Solutions

With more than 30 years of experience across nursing, specialty pharmacy, HUB operations, consulting, and patient services strategy, Tina Gafford joins Momentum Life Sciences as Director of Client Solutions. Throughout her career, she has worked across the healthcare ecosystem, helping bring together the perspectives of patients, caregivers, providers, program teams, and pharmaceutical manufacturers to create more connected and meaningful engagement experiences.
Prior to joining Momentum, Tina held leadership roles at Lash Group/TheraCom and most recently Archbow Consulting, where she worked closely with pharmaceutical manufacturers including Janssen and Gilead.
Tina’s experience spans both the clinical and operational sides of healthcare, giving her a unique understanding of how patient support programs are designed, implemented, and experienced. That breadth of experience aligns closely with Momentum’s belief that when patients feel informed, supported, and confident, better outcomes follow.
“What excites me about Momentum is that patient engagement is being approached as an integrated model, bringing together human connection, data-driven personalization, provider education, and support across the full therapy journey,” Tina says.
As Director of Client Solutions, Tina will focus on helping clients strengthen patient engagement strategies, optimize support programs, and navigate the evolving expectations of patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys creative DIY projects and preserving the history and stories of the elite U.S. Navy HAL-3 Seawolves, where her father served during the Vietnam War. She also served in the U.S. Navy, an experience that helped shape the values of accountability, teamwork, and service that continue to influence her leadership style.
Please join us in welcoming Tina to the Momentum team.
