Brian has a fondness for all things Apple and GoPro, both of which he uses to produce a “Year in Review” video for each of his two daughters.

Brian Kielian joined Momentum in 2022 to lead all aspects of the Customer Experience Center. His role encompasses both operational and strategic oversight of Clinical and Non-Clinical Educator Teams, Data & Analytics, Forecasting & Planning, Engineering, IT, and new product development.

With over 25 years of operational leadership experience, Brian has a proven track record of driving expansion efforts, both domestically and internationally. He has played key roles in scaling operations for high-growth companies, including PayPal and Affirm in their early stages and guiding them through global expansion and IPOs. His expertise has also been instrumental in growing and managing operations in companies such as Inflection, GoodHire, Spruce, Energy Pioneer, TPG, TeleTech, Teleperformance, and Transcom.

A Nebraska native, Brian holds a business degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
