The GoMentum Awards celebrate the people and programs making a difference for patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals.
Now in its second year, Momentum Life Sciences’ annual awards program recognizes outstanding work in education, ongoing support and the partnerships that make these experiences possible.
For 2026, the program introduces new recognition for individual leadership alongside its established program awards.
How the Awards Are Organized
The awards span three complementary areas of recognition:

Patient Experience Champion
Kelly Tuschak, R.N. | UCB
As the inaugural Patient Experience Champion, Kelly Tuschak is recognized for her leadership in advancing more accessible, coordinated, and personalized patient support. Her contributions span initiatives to expand resources for Spanish-speaking patients, streamline healthcare provider workflows, introduce new co-pay enrollment pathways, and tailor engagement to individual patient needs. Through her collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, Kelly has helped drive meaningful improvements in how patients and healthcare professionals navigate support throughout treatment.
Signature Awards
HCP Education Program of the Year
Through personalized, in-office sessions, Field Nurse Educators helped healthcare providers prepare to administer a novel therapy. Live demonstrations, hands-on training and practice-specific questions formed the foundation of the program, which later expanded to address adherence conversations and discussions as provider needs evolved.
Patient Experience Program of the Year
Dedicated Nurse Navigators deliver tailored education, proactive outreach and responsive support throughout a complex treatment journey. By addressing practical barriers and building trusted relationships with patients and caregivers, the program brings continuity and personal attention to support needs that can change over time.
Distinction Awards
Impact Award
Combining clinical expertise, analytics, behavioral coaching and personalized education, this patient support program is designed to help individuals remain engaged throughout treatment. Its ongoing approach addresses factors that can influence adherence and persistence over time.
Ripple Effect Award
This Clinical Educator Program extends education and navigation to the people supporting patients at home. Educators adapt virtual sessions so relatives in different locations can participate, address caregiver-specific needs such as burnout and respite resources, and connect families with affordability and specialty pharmacy support.
